Hotel Guest Service Associate responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities, as well as assisting other departments to ensure operational excellence. If you have a knack for customer service, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. Responsibilities Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay) Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner Complete end of day processes for proper record keeping and ensuring reservation systems and hotel operations are ready for the next business day Communicate with our housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure all rooms are clean, and ready to accommodate guests' needs Assist with all departments setup and prep work for coming busniess day for guest needs, including housekeeping, breakfast, and maintenance Skills Work experience in customer service Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable with computers and multiline phones Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties Shifts Current opening is for floater position with flexible availability to be trained on all shifts (7-3,3-11,11-7); there is potential for more permanent schedule with seasonal changes.
