Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and during check-in/check-out processes, providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor Manage the night audit process and prepare reports for management review Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction and fostering positive guest relations Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments Maintain detailed logs of all activities during the shift, including incident reports, guest requests, and operational notes Collaborate with housekeeping, and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly and ensure smooth overnight operations Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally while demonstrating superior phone etiquette Familiarity with resort environments and guest services is a plus Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and reporting Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced hospitality setting Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while advancing your career in hospitality!
