Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing friendly, professional customer service via phone and in person. Monitor security cameras, perform property inspections, and respond promptly to any safety or emergency situations following hotel emergency procedures. Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues with customer service problem-solving skills, and communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds, including multilingual or bilingual guests. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to maintain accurate records for management review. Support front desk operations during overnight hours by answering phone calls with proper phone etiquette and assisting with reservations or client communication as needed. Collaborate with hotel management to uphold guest relations standards and ensure compliance with all hospitality policies. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms. Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest services best practices. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
