Duties Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and billing discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, inspecting the premises, and controlling access to the hotel during overnight hours. Handle multi-line phone systems with courtesy and professionalism, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily revenue to ensure all records are accurate for management review. Support front desk operations by assisting with reservations, guest relations, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Strong background in customer service, guest relations, or front desk duties within a resort or hotel environment is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette enhances your ability to excel in this role. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining excellent guest service standards is essential.
