In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests arriving late, handle essential financial and administrative tasks, and uphold exceptional guest service standards. Your proactive approach will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests satisfied and our hotel running smoothly through the night. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality management while working in a lively, guest-focused environment. Duties Greet and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth Manage front desk operations including reservations, guest inquiries, and room assignments using multi-line phone systems Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, billing, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs with promptness and courteous service Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review Support guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Requirements Reliable transportation required Opening availability Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional phone etiquette and excellent communication abilities Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of guest services standards, hotel procedures, and security protocols Previous experience in resort or hotel settings is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference!
