Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee overnight front desk operations, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and deliver outstanding guest services during the night shift. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the integrity of hotel operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with a friendly, professional attitude. Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications efficiently. Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other operational metrics for management review. Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine checks of the property during your shift. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the hotel's cleanliness, safety, and readiness for new guests. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and front desk procedures. Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining high attention to detail.
