This is a part time position. Friday and Saturdays only. 2 weekends a month, training time will be every weekend until fully trained and can work on your own. The hours are 11pm-7am.

Job duties:

• Perform night audit duties including checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions, including cash and credit card transactions
• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, making and editing reservations, and assisting with special requests
• Operate phone system and handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Ensure that the lobby, front desk, and other common areas are clean and maintained
• Asist with breakfast preparation/set up
