Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part Time Night Auditor and become the vital link between our guests and exceptional service during the overnight hours. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and early morning departures, providing friendly, professional guest services that leave a lasting impression. Duties Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during late-night check-ins and early morning check-outs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Verify guest reservations, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Conduct thorough audits of daily financial reports, including room charges, payments, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain front desk operations by answering guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks around the property, and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies during overnight hours Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts Assist with guest requests, provide local information, and uphold exceptional customer service standards to enhance guest satisfaction Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is advantageous Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests Demonstrated excellence in customer service, guest relations, and phone etiquette within a resort or hotel setting Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and handling guest inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience working in a hospitality environment that emphasizes guest services, safety protocols, and hospitality management principles Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of professionalism and attention to detail Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest's stay memorable.
