This position requires the attendant to work between the hours of 11 PM and 7 AM. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office technology and possess excellent communication skills. Duties Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and efficiently, directing calls as needed Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks when necessary Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and office environment Support office management with administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and supply inventory management Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism Assist with clerical duties such as typing, document preparation, and record keeping Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with office management systems Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to handle administrative responsibilities and time management Previous office experience or clerical background is advantageous Attention to detail and managing data accurately
