Job Description
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift.
Your duties will include:
- Conducting the night audit process to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel, providing exceptional customer service
- Answering phone calls and assisting guests with inquiries or requests
- Handling guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Monitoring security cameras and maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Assisting with any other front desk duties
- Keeping hotel clean
- Doing Laundry Shift runs form 11pm to 7 am.
