Responsibilities:

Ensure the accuracy of daily financial transactions and balance all accounts to maintain the integrity of our financial records. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience. Prepare and distribute daily reports for management, offering insights into nightly operations and financial performance. Monitor and manage the hotel's security systems during the night shift, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Collaborate with the front desk team to facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, enhancing guest satisfaction. Conduct regular audits of guest accounts and billing procedures to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, contributing to the hotel's strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
