Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with friendly and efficient customer service. Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation adjustments using multi-line phone systems. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and account reconciliation. Address guest inquiries promptly via phone or in person, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks around the property, and controlling access to the hotel premises. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations to foster a welcoming environment for all visitors. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in front desk or night audit roles. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred to understand guest expectations thoroughly.
