Weekend Night Auditor 2189 Oak Grove Rd, Aiken, SC 29803 $14 an hour - Part-time $14 an hour - Part-time Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Weekend Night Auditor at the Hampton Inn/ Home 2 Aiken Dual Brand, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure our guests experience seamless service during the overnight hours. In this vital role, you will oversee the night-time operations of the front desk, manage guest accounts, and uphold the highest standards of guest relations. Your proactive approach will contribute to a safe, welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience Manage nightly audit processes, including balancing accounts, reconciling transactions, and preparing financial reports Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Conduct security checks of the property, monitor CCTV surveillance, and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the premises Handle late-night phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing information or directing calls appropriately Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest concerns or facility issues during your shift Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, especially in night audit roles Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Familiarity with guest services best practices, hotel operations, and security procedures Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your dedication ensures memorable stays for our guests.
