This position is ideal for someone who enjoys overnight work and providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities:

Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all guests Perform front desk duties including guest check-in/check-out, maintaining guest records, and cash handling Promote hotel services and programs as needed Assist with breakfast setup and light cleaning duties when required

Qualifications:

Customer service experience preferred Basic computer skills required Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work overnight shifts
