THE ROLE
Post House Inn is seeking a dependable, hospitality-driven Night Auditor to join our team. As a Michelin Key-awarded boutique inn, we offer a unique blend of elevated service and relaxed coastal charm. Located in the heart of the Old Village, Post House Inn is known for its thoughtful hospitality, beautifully designed accommodations, and welcoming atmosphere that feels both refined and approachable. What we will ask of you: Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours. Manage late arrivals, early departures, and guest requests with professionalism and warmth. Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions. Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports. Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries. Monitor the property throughout the night to ensure guest comfort, safety, and security. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Support operational readiness for the morning team. Represent the Post House Inn brand and hospitality standards in every guest interaction. Requirements for
Success:
Previous hotel, hospitality, front desk, or customer service experience is preferred. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Comfortable using computers and learning hotel management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. A welcoming, guest-focused mindset and the ability to remain calm and professional in a variety of situations. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position and regularly ascend and descend stairs.
