Job Description
Job Summary Mineral Palace Hotel & Casino is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing excellent guest service during overnight hours while completing the daily audit of hotel financial and operational activity. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional service to hotel guests throughout the overnight shift. Check guests in and out, make reservations, and assist with guest requests. Complete the nightly audit and ensure hotel financial records are accurate. Reconcile daily transactions, payments, and accounts. Review and balance hotel reports and identify discrepancies. Prepare daily reports for management. Monitor the hotel during overnight hours and respond to guest needs or emergencies. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Communicate important guest or operational information to the incoming shift. Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and security requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous hotel, front desk, customer service, or accounting experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working with computers and hotel operating systems. Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately. Must be dependable and able to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
