Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (3rd Shift)
Property:
Element by Westin We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Night Auditor to join our team at Element by Westin in Chattanooga, TN. This position works the overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Balance and reconcile daily accounts and prepare audit reports for management review. Provide excellent guest service during overnight hours, including check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain security and safety of the hotel during the night shift. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations. Perform general front desk duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a night auditor or in a similar role preferred. Familiarity with hotel property management systems; LightSpeed experience with Element by Westin systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently during overnight hours. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to work the 3rd shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
