Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes using property management systems such as OPERA or similar hotel reservation platforms. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges, payments, and reservations to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette; relay messages accurately and efficiently to appropriate departments or guests. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts. Support front desk operations by managing guest relations, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from various backgrounds. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or other hotel reservation software. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and security practices to ensure guest safety at all times. Excellent phone communication skills with proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer service issues promptly and effectively. Experience working in resort environments or hotels with high guest turnover is a plus.
