Hotel Night Auditor

Job Overview This will be an overnight shift. Working every Friday & Saturday night, from 11:00pm-7:00am. It will be a total of 16 hours, working 3rd shift. Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you'll be the vigilant guardian of overnight operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and accurate financial records. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests, handling front desk responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm while managing administrative tasks with precision. Your proactive approach will help uphold our commitment to hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction around the clock. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with warm, professional customer service and efficient check-in/check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions using excellent phone etiquette Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including verifying billing accuracy, balancing accounts, and preparing detailed reports for management review Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks around the property, and ensuring guest and staff safety throughout the night Handle guest requests or complaints promptly, demonstrating strong guest relations skills to resolve issues effectively and enhance overall satisfaction Update and maintain accurate records of all hotel activities, reservations, and incidents in accordance with hotel policies Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals and that any issues are addressed swiftly Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in a front desk or night audit role Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences in a resort or hotel setting. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette Previous experience working during night shifts in a hospitality environment is advantageous Knowledge of guest services, hotel procedures, and basic accounting practices related to night audits

Pay:

$10.50 - $11.50 per hour
