Hotel Night Auditor

Job Summary As a Hotel Night Auditor, you will be the heartbeat of our establishment during the overnight hours, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the integrity of our financial operations. Your role is pivotal in balancing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. You will engage with guests, resolve inquiries, and ensure that every detail is attended to with care and professionalism. What you'll do Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide outstanding customer service at the front desk, addressing guest inquiries and concerns with enthusiasm. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and courteously. Prepare and distribute daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest services. Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Maintain guest relations by fostering a friendly environment that encourages repeat visits. Collaborate with hotel management to implement best practices in hospitality management. Ensure all areas of the hotel are secure and well-maintained during night shifts. Basic qualifications Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Experience in hotel management or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in night audit procedures and financial reconciliation. Preferred qualifications Bilingual or multilingual abilities to enhance guest interactions. Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services protocols. Previous experience working in resorts or similar hospitality environments. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
