Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear communication and excellent phone etiquette Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, room charges, and reservations to ensure accuracy Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine safety checks of the property Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift Support guest relations by addressing special requests and ensuring a comfortable stay for all visitors Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Strong knowledge of night audit procedures within a hotel or resort setting Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude Experience in guest services, front desk operations, or hotel experience will set you apart Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality around the clock!
