Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Full-Time Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. As a Night Auditor, you'll be the first point of contact for late-night guests and a key player in delivering memorable hospitality experiences around the clock. Duties Welcome and assist guests during late-night hours, providing friendly and efficient customer service at the front desk Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying billing accuracy and updating financial records with precision Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls using professional phone etiquette Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service Monitor security cameras and perform routine inspections to uphold safety standards across the resort or hotel premises Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy Skills Strong background in hospitality and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred Excellent customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence Proficiency in front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and reservation software Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and basic accounting practices Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone etiquette and ability to handle guest inquiries tactfully Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail This full-time Night Auditor position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our hospitality team.
