In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining accurate financial and administrative records. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management and guest relations while working in a lively, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries during overnight hours, ensuring a positive experience. Manage front desk operations including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations data. Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other operational metrics to support management decision-making. Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Respond promptly to guest requests or issues, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and hospitality management. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at the front desk area throughout the shift. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services within a hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated proficiency in phone etiquette, guest relations, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail. Prior experience working in a resort or hotel setting is highly desirable.
