Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor and become the vital link between our guests and exceptional service during the overnight hours. Details:

Starting pay is $11 an hr. for qualified applicants. The hours are 12am - 8am, availability open to any day of the week. Job is24 hours - 32 hours per week. We are a 24/7/365 operation; we never close. Applicant must be 18 yrs of age. Computer skills are a must with some knowledge of Excel. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and payments. Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs with a positive attitude to enhance their stay. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation for management review. Support front desk operations by assisting with reservations, room assignments, and guest information inquiries. Assist in breakfast prep Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Exceptional phone etiquette and guest relations skills to foster a welcoming environment. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail. Previoushotel experience in a resort or similar hospitality setting is advantageous.
