Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor and become the vital link between our guests and exceptional service during the overnight hours. In this energetic role, you will oversee the smooth operation of front desk activities, ensure accurate financial transactions, and deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining the safety and security of the property. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills in a vibrant resort setting, all while working during the lively night shift. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and payments. Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs with a positive attitude to enhance their stay. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation for management review. Support front desk operations by assisting with reservations, room assignments, and guest information inquiries. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Exceptional phone etiquette and guest relations skills to foster a welcoming environment. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail. Previous hotel experience in a resort or similar hospitality setting is advantageous. Pay:
$10.00 - $11.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 24.0 per week
