Hotel Night Auditor Hampton by Hilton - 3.6 Cedar Park, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $15 an hour 8 hours ago Benefits Paid training Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Computer operation Night audit Attention to detail Accounting Organizational skills Full Job Description The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position combines front desk guest service responsibilities with accounting and reporting duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently. Essential Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to all guests Check guests in and out of the hotel Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries Process reservations and room assignments Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally Balance daily revenue and complete night audit procedures Generate and distribute daily reports Ensure all financial transactions are accurate Maintain a clean and organized front desk, lobby, and common areas Conduct property walks and ensure guest safety and security Assist with preparing coffee and breakfast area setup as needed Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding overnight activity Qualifications Previous hotel experience preferred but not required Customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel software Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed Benefits Hilton Team Member Travel Program Employee discounts Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Paid training Schedule Requirements Must be available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
