In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or checking out early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our nightly financial and administrative processes. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment that leaves guests with a lasting positive impression, all while ensuring operational excellence during the overnight shift. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills and contribute to memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving during the night shift with warmth and professionalism, providing excellent customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues promptly. Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests with efficiency and courtesy. Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial records. Monitor security systems, perform safety checks around the property, and respond swiftly to any incidents or emergencies. Prepare detailed shift reports, including guest activities, financial summaries, and incident documentation for management review. Handle multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting with guest inquiries. Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors during overnight hours. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or guest services roles. Strong knowledge of hotel management procedures, night audit processes, and customer service best practices. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems. Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. Familiarity with resort or hotel environments is preferred; previous hotel experience is a plus. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security.
