Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing outstanding customer service throughout their stay Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations Monitor and update guest accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and handle late-night requests with professionalism Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills Maintain security by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting safety checks, and reporting any irregularities during the night shift Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and guest feedback for management review Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on night audit responsibilities Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong knowledge of front desk operations, hotel management software, and multi-line phone systems Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during overnight hours Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, demonstrating adaptability in dynamic settings Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a difference!
