Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at the Crowne Plaza Dallas Love Field. This role is essential for ensuring smooth overnight operations, guest satisfaction, and accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in hotel operations. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. The Night Auditor plays a vital role in maintaining the hotel's reputation for guest relations and operational excellence during nighttime hours. Duties Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, including verifying billing accuracy and balancing accounts Prepare and review daily financial reports, ensuring all data is accurate and complete Assist guests with late check-ins, check-outs, and other guest services, providing a welcoming experience Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to phone etiquette standards Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including reservations, room assignments, and guest requests Maintain security protocols by monitoring hotel premises during the night shift Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and hotel policies at all times Document any discrepancies or issues encountered during the shift for follow-up during daytime operations Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, particularly in front desk or guest services positions Strong knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations processes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and reservation software Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate financial reporting Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security Knowledge of resort operations is a plus, along with familiarity in handling guest inquiries related to amenities and local attractions This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our hospitality team while developing your skills in hotel management and guest relations.
