• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service, and accurate financial reporting.
• Duties
• Conduct the nightly audit process efficiently and accurately
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Monitor hotel security cameras and report any suspicious activity
• Prepare daily reports for hotel management
• Assist with front desk duties as needed
• Requirements
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred
