Urgent!! Night Auditor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the front desk during overnight hours, ensuring guest satisfaction, and performing end-of-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions and reports Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and third-party billing Conduct night audit procedures and prepare daily reports Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

Previous hotel front desk or Night Auditor experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently during overnight hours Proficient with computers and hotel management systems (experience with PMS systems preferred)

Requirements:

Must be available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent required
