This is more than a traditional night audit position. We're looking for someone who is outgoing, energetic, approachable, and genuinely enjoys conversation and connecting with people . You'll be one of the key faces of the hotel during the evening and overnight hours, welcoming guests, creating a fun and comfortable atmosphere at the bar, and ensuring overnight hotel operations run smoothly. In this unique role, you'll combine night audit, front desk, guest service, and bartending responsibilities , with the opportunity to earn tips in addition to your hourly pay . Duties Complete nightly audit procedures and accurately reconcile hotel transactions in Hotel PMS system (PEP) Balance and verify daily revenue, payments, room charges, and accounts. Complete required overnight reports and communicate important information to management. Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and overnight requests. Provide warm, professional, and engaging guest service throughout the night. Be conversational and proactive with guests — make them feel welcomed, noticed, and comfortable. Bartend and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel policies and applicable laws. Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at the hotel bar. Engage guests in friendly conversation and build genuine connections. Process bar transactions and handle cash accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area. Monitor the property overnight and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns. Work independently while remaining energetic, alert, and professional throughout the shift. Prepare the hotel and front desk for the following day's operations. Qualifications Energetic and upbeat , even during late-night hours. Outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with guests. Previous hotel, night audit, front desk, or bartending experience is preferred. Multilingual skills are a plus. Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
