• Perform night audit functions, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, balancing accounts, and generating reports
• Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations during the night shift ```Requirements```
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse range of guests
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during the night shift
• Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and standards
