Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This role requires a blend of customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience. Uphold high standards of customer service and phone etiquette at all times. Promote hotel services and upsell rooms or packages when appropriate. Experience Previous experience in hotel operations is preferred. Strong background in hospitality or customer service roles, particularly at the front desk. Familiarity with guest relations practices and night audit procedures is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
