Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, including room charges, payments, and reservations Conduct nightly audits of front desk operations, ensuring all financial and operational data are correct Prepare detailed reports on occupancy, revenue, and any discrepancies or incidents during the shift Monitor security systems and perform safety checks to ensure the well-being of guests and staff Respond promptly to emergency situations or guest concerns, coordinating with appropriate departments as needed Handle night time house keeping Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel management, or front desk operations Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong knowledge of night audit procedures, guest services, and hotel operations Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette for professional communication Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced hotel environment Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
