Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join us at Tru by Hilton in Rockwall-Dallas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overnight front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role is essential for providing seamless guest services during nighttime hours and supporting the overall efficiency of our hotel or resort. Candidates with hospitality management experience, multilingual abilities, and strong guest relations skills will excel in this position. Duties Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accounts Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and excellent customer service skills Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and services Maintain front desk operations, including reservations, billing, and guest account updates Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff during night shifts Prepare reports on daily financial activities and communicate any discrepancies to management Uphold high standards of phone etiquette, guest relations, and hospitality service throughout the shift Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel operations Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management, front desk, or guest services preferred Hilton PEP qualified Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record keeping Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor Prior night audit or hotel experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates Join our team as a Night Auditor to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth overnight operations in a dynamic hospitality environment.
