Night Auditor Extended Stay America Temple Temple, TX Job Details Part-time $14 - $16 an hour 6 days ago Qualifications Visitor query response Guest reservation booking Phone inquiries Records maintenance Microsoft Outlook Night audit Spreadsheets In-person customer service Maintenance Answering guest questions Financial record maintenance Hotel room cleaning Laundry washing Laundry folding Hotel and accommodations guest complaints handling Hotel daily report preparation Entry level Hotel housekeeping Under 1 year Full Job Description The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest's stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property's vision, mission, and core values. Will need to wash, fold, and organize all linen. Must be able to lift roughly 30lbs. Position is part-time. Hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Weekends a must.
Compensation:
$14 - $16 hourly
Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments. Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings. Prepare and distribute nightly reports, ensuring accurate financial and operational records. Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs.
Qualifications:
Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels. Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
