Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for the hospitality industry and excellent organizational skills. Duties
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Balance and reconcile revenue accounts, ensuring all transactions are accounted for
- Prepare daily reports summarizing financial activities
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in using hotel management software and phone systems
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
