This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service to our guests while maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Duties Perform night audits, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Provide excellent customer service at the front desk, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the night. Manage multi-line phone systems, responding to calls promptly and professionally. Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while promoting a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred. Strong knowledge of night audit processes and front desk operations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in resort settings or similar hospitality environments is advantageous.
