Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival or departure, providing excellent customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage overnight check-ins and check-outs efficiently using front desk systems, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including verifying charges, balancing accounts, and preparing reports for management Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns via phone or in person, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting room inspections, and ensuring the safety of guests and staff during overnight hours Update and complete shift reports, incident logs, and other documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs or facility issues that arise during the night shift Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or guest services roles Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle guest relations professionally Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and clear, courteous interactions Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of hospitality Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments is preferred Join us as a Night Auditor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences around the clock!

Pay:
