Part-Time Hotel Night Auditor (Overnight Shift) Courtyard by Marriott - Layton, UT Are you friendly, dependable, and energized by helping others? Do you enjoy working independently in a calm, evening and evening and overnight environment? If so, Courtyard by Marriott Layton is looking for a Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team! We offer a competitive starting rate of $14.75/hour depending on experience. About Us Conveniently located between Salt Lake City and Ogden, Courtyard Layton offers modern accommodations, beautiful mountain views, and exceptional guest service. Our team is the heart of our success-we work hard, support one another, and make time to celebrate along the way. What You'll Do (Night Auditor Responsibilities) As a Night Auditor, you are the face of the hotel during overnight hours. You'll ensure guests feel welcome, safe, and taken care of while also completing important daily reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service Complete nightly audit reports and balance daily transactions Ensure accuracy of financial records and system entries Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk area Qualifications Basic computer skills and attention to detail Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, professional, and able to work independently Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Schedule Part-time evening and/or overnight position Typical shifts: 3 PM - 11 PM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Flexible scheduling (weekends and holidays may be required) Apply Today!
