Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage overnight front desk operations, including handling guest requests, reservations, and billing inquiries with professionalism and friendliness Work in laundry, washing, drying, and folding linen Respond promptly to guest concerns or emergencies, providing solutions that enhance their stay and foster positive guest relations Must be able to stand for long periods during shift Must be able to work overnight shift Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel front desk operations or resort environments Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel policies, and safety protocols Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inquiries professionally Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Join us in delivering memorable experiences through outstanding hospitality!
