Summary As a Night Auditor at Fairfield Inn & Suites, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless experience during their stay. This position involves managing front desk operations during the night shift, handling guest inquiries, and performing essential accounting tasks to maintain the integrity of our hotel's financial records. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial performance. Assist with inventory management and ensure that all supplies are stocked for the morning team. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for guests. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic accounting knowledge is beneficial for handling financial transactions.
