Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure a seamless overnight operation. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at our hotel, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of financial and operational records. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment for guests arriving late or staying overnight, ensuring their experience begins and ends on a positive note. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hospitality management skills with guest relations expertise in a vibrant resort or hotel setting. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving during the night shift, providing friendly and efficient customer service to enhance their stay Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial transactions Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests with professionalism and warmth Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting with inquiries Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting room inspections, and ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout the property Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Collaborate with hotel management to address guest concerns promptly and uphold high standards of guest services and relations Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling communication with a broader range of guests Familiarity with front desk procedures, night audit processes, and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Knowledge of hotel management software and resort operations will support your success in this role Demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism This position is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in energetic environments.
