The Hampton Inn Norfolk/Chesapeake is in search of a highly motivated and highly energetic person to join our Front Desk Team as a Night Auditor. Our hotel boasts 118 well maintained and fantastically cleaned guestrooms located in the heart of the Greenbrier area. Our Night Audit Team is responsible for: Providing Excellent Guest Services. Resolving any and all guest issues with an appropriate resolution. Checking guests in and out of the hotel. Handling phone calls and guest requests. Completing end of day revenue reporting procedures. Completing and auditing daily revenue spreadsheet for errors. Any other duties and tasks assigned by the Front Office Manager.
