Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or seeking assistance during the night, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of financial and operational records. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and smooth nightly procedures. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving during nighttime hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, verifying reservations and handling special requests with enthusiasm. Manage front desk operations including answering multi-line phone systems, handling guest inquiries, and providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly resolved. Prepare detailed reports on daily financial transactions, occupancy status, and any incidents or maintenance issues encountered during the shift. Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety inspections of the premises to ensure guest safety and property security. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards, demonstrating bilingual or multilingual skills to serve diverse clientele better. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in a resort or hotel environment. Knowledge of hospitality best practices including guest relations, hotel management protocols, and front desk procedures. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with international guests.
