Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will oversee guest check-ins and check-outs during the late hours, handle financial transactions, and provide exceptional guest services to ensure a welcoming and secure environment. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will contribute to a memorable guest experience while maintaining the integrity of our hotel's nightly operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about hospitality management and guest relations to shine in a fast-paced, service-driven setting. Responsibilities Manage the front desk during overnight hours, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with enthusiasm and professionalism Handle all financial transactions accurately, including billing, cash handling, and account reconciliations Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying charges and balancing cash drawers to maintain financial accuracy Monitor security systems and perform routine safety checks to ensure the safety of guests and staff Maintain clear communication with daytime staff by preparing detailed shift reports and updates on ongoing issues or incidents Assist with administrative tasks such as phone management using multi-line phone systems and managing guest requests efficiently Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Strong background in night audit procedures or hotel accounting processes is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems to streamline operations Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including phone etiquette and guest services best practices Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Join us in creating a welcoming environment where guests feel valued from check-in through departure!
