Hotel Night Auditor Prince George, VA 23875 $15 an hour - Full-time $15 an hour - Full-time Job Overview Comfort/Mainstay Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you will be the vigilant guardian of overnight operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and accurate financial reporting. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to combine customer service excellence with hotel management responsibilities. As the Night Auditor, you will oversee the night shift, handle guest inquiries, perform financial reconciliations, and support overall hotel operations to maintain our high standards of hospitality. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for guests during the overnight hours. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests using property management systems such as OPERA or similar hotel management software Conduct nightly financial audits, including balancing accounts, verifying transactions, and preparing reports for management Handle multi-line phone systems to respond to guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications with excellent phone etiquette Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff security during overnight hours Maintain accurate records of all transactions, incidents, and shift activities through detailed shift reports and logs Provide exceptional guest services by resolving issues promptly and offering personalized assistance to enhance guest relations Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset and ability to handle guest concerns effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate with diverse guests Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and safety protocols for overnight shifts Excellent communication skills via phone and in person, with a professional demeanor in all interactions Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Join us in delivering memorable experiences around the clock!
