Full Job Description Job Title:
Night Auditor (Part-Time)
Status:
Part-Time (2 Shifts per week)
Hours:
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Job Summary We are looking for a reliable Night Auditor for a straightforward, part-time overnight role (two shifts per week). This is a low-stress, independent position perfect for someone who enjoys the quiet hours. Your main job is to handle the tail end of check-ins, run the automated nightly rollover in our system, and help get breakfast set up for the morning guests.
Responsibilities Guest Services:
Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and answer occasional phone calls.
System Rollover:
Run the Night Audit process in our PEP property management system (it's automated and easy to learn).
Breakfast Setup:
Assist with basic morning breakfast prep to help out the incoming shift.
Shift Handoff:
Keep the desk tidy and pass along any important notes to the morning crew.
Requirements Reliability:
You must be dependable. Since you're working alone at night, showing up on time for your shifts is critical.
Basic Tech Skills:
Comfortable using a computer to navigate our check-in system (PEP experience is a plus, but we will train you).
Independence:
Comfortable working overnight hours without direct supervision.
Attitude:
Friendly enough to greet a guest at 2:00 AM and cooperative enough to help get breakfast ready.
