Paid Time Off and PTO Sell Back Program Employee Referral Company Matched 401K eligibility after 1000 hours worked Associate Travel Discounts per Brand Guidelines Free Parking And much more Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Provide outstanding guest services by addressing requests promptly and professionally in multiple languages Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV systems, conducting patrols, and controlling access to the property Audit, balance and report on cash and credit operations to include but not limited to checks, over/short figures/tally sheets, deposits, counts, house charges, promotional materials, postings, etc. and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely information. Audit, balance, post and report on the front desk to include but not limited to; room charges, phone calls, zero balance folios, corrections, adjustments, taxes, disputed charges, over/short figures, deposits, etc. to ensure accuracy and verify proper cash handling procedures are followed. Prepare and input statistics and income journal sheets for preparation of daily reports. Balance and close all bank ticket codes, daily Run night audit final after insuring all revenues are in balance nightly. Qualifications This is an evening position working to overnight position. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations excellence Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Exceptional phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail Previous hotel front desk experience (desk clerk and/or night audit). Knowledge of Word and Outlook. Ability to perform moderate math and accounting functions. Previous cash handling experience.

Candidates must be able to:
